We made white chocolate covered “spring” pretzels today. Are you surprised it was a hit? Here is Avery sampling the broken pieces.

And just in time for the Philadelphia Flower show and my sister’s wedding, a coveted lens arrives. Oh I’ve been saving for this baby. And baby it is. So cute but takes amazing photos. I am going to have to practice with it though; not nearly used to the depth of field. Canon EF35mm f/2. Swoon.
White chocolate pretzels:
I melted organic white chocolate in a double boiler. I dipped them in half way and Avery covered them with sprinkles. We set them on wax paper. I poured the leftover chocolate in a glass pan and put it in the fridge to harden. I loosely followed this Chocolate Covered Pretzel Tutorial.
